How are the meals prepared?

Only top-quality, fresh whole food ingredients go into our meals. With high protein, low sodium, complex carbs, and healthy fats, Fit Eatz Meal Paks are created for the elite athlete, and anyone who is working to build muscle, lose fat, or simply wants tasty yet convenient meal options.  Each ingredient is weighed and portioned for specific nutritional compositions. With fresh natural ingredients and no preservatives, Fit Eatz Meal Paks are Trainer Approved to help you reach your goals.

Can I eat Fit Eatz Meal Paks even if I am not doing a training program?

Yes!  Haute Eatz is a convenient meal option for the busy person who simply has no time to go shopping, prep their food, and cook it. Our Chefs do all of the work for you with pleasure and your goals in mind.  Whatever that may be.

What is the difference between Fit Eatz Female and Fit Eatz Male?

  • Fit Eatz Female Paks protein portions are 4 to 6 ounces

  • Fit Eatz Male Paks protein portions are 6 to 8 ounces

How long will my meals last?

​Meals can be safely stored and refrigerated for up to 1 week. However, we do recommend that you eat seafood dishes as soon as possible, within the first three days of receipt. For maximum shelf life, keep meals refrigerated until ready to use.

How many meals do I have to purchase to place an order?

Ten (10) or more.


How do I submit an order?

  1. Click "Order Meal Paks".

  2. Choose your Meal Paks (Female: Fit Eatz 10, 30, 60 and/or Male: Fit Eatz 10, 30, 60).

  3. Place your online order, via PayPal, including your delivery address and best phone number.

How do I know which meals I will receive?

When it comes to eating healthy, the more options the better. That’s why our chefs craft our menus with variety in mind. Each menu features tons of recipes you’ll love. Which you can customize to your liking. For meal pak orders we choose the meals for you. Please feel free to tell us if you don’t like certain ingredients, and we’ll try to replace them for you. However, any modification requests beyond two (2)  will require the purchase of a customized meal  plan.

How long in advance do I need to place my order?

Friday evenings by 6P. Deliveries are made Sundays, 3P - 8P and Mondays 6P - 8P.  Deliveries are made to Washington D.C. and Maryland (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, and Prince George's Counties).

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, you don't have to be. However, we do suggest someone be home to receive your "precious perishable cargo", especially during times of extreme heat or inclement weather. We do respect your time. On the day of delivery you will receive a text message and email by 1:00P, with a more narrower delivery window.
